C.G. Jung Center of New York

At 28 E. 39th Street in midtown is located the C.G. Jung Center
of New York, a five storey brownstone building that houses
five separate Jungian organizations.

The entities of this resource center include: C.G. Jung Foundation
for Analytical Psychiatry, The Archive for Research in Archetypal
Symbolism--the folks behind The Book of Symbols--

The New York Association for Analytical Psychology, The
Analytical Psychology Club of New York, and the Kristine
Mann Library, which I had the good fortune to visit recently...

In an adjoining room are housed books of various categories, two of
which I couldn't resist photographing--for bookshelf lovers--

Sitting on a nearby table was Jung's Red Book, the recently
published journal of drawings and writings which Jung had
kept under wraps during his lifetime.

Sonu Shamdasani, translator & editor, signs the Red Book (photo from Kristine Mann Library)

Here's a glimpse of two random pages of the Red Book--
